Yes, we are a 2nd chance management company, and we welcome everyone to apply for one of our properties no matter your background situation.
To apply for a rental property, you will need to fill out an application and provide us with proof of income, employment, and rental history. We will then run a background check that consists of your credit, rental history, and criminal record. Once the background is complete, we will then review and get back with you on our final decision. Please keep in mind even if your background isn't perfect does not mean you will be denied.
We charge one flat rate of $500 on all our rental properties. This amount is held and will be returned to you at the end of your lease as long as there is no damage to the property.
